Billing/contact details for invoicing To send proposals, contracts, and invoices via Dubsado.
Payment information Processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.

Dubsado Organizational inquiry form; proposals, contracts, and invoicing.
Calendly Scoping call scheduling.
Zoom Scoping calls.
Stripe Invoice payment processing, via Dubsado.
Kit (ConvertKit) Email marketing and subscriber management via the "Contact Me" form.
Google Analytics Website analytics.
Squarespace Analytics Website analytics.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
Organizational inquiry data — retained for the duration of any engagement and for a reasonable period afterward
Scoping call scheduling data (Calendly) — retained per Calendly's standard retention unless you request deletion
Payment/invoicing records — retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
Website analytics data — retained per the relevant tool's standard retention settings
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
