These Terms of Service govern your use of listenstill.co and your organization's participation in any ListenStill engagement. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or participating in a scoped engagement, you agree to these terms in full.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this website or submit an inquiry.

1. Who We Are

ListenStill is operated by Doctor Maple LLC, a limited liability company registered in Kansas, doing business as ListenStill.

2. Services

ListenStill currently offers the following organizational engagements, each scoped and priced individually following an inquiry and scoping conversation:

  • Core ListenStill Session (60 minutes) — a facilitated listening experience for a private group or organization

  • ListenStill + Debrief — a ListenStill experience followed by facilitated group reflection

  • The Intelligence of Ensembles — a leadership development program using an ensemble-based diagnostic framework and a facilitated live-music experience, available in two formats:

    • Half-Day Leadership Workshop — for leadership cohorts, managers, cross-functional teams, or high-potential groups

    • Executive Session — for senior leadership teams or executive groups

ListenStill reserves the right to modify the content, format, delivery method, or facilitation of any service with reasonable notice. Material changes to a scoped engagement will be communicated before the session date.

3. Eligibility

By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organization, if applicable

  • You are not prohibited from using these services under applicable law

4. Inquiry, Scoping, and Booking Process

  1. You submit an organizational inquiry through the Dubsado form on this website.

  2. We will contact you within 3 business days to discuss your inquiry.

  3. If it's a good fit, we'll send a scheduling link (via Calendly) for a scoping conversation, conducted via Zoom.

  4. Following the scoping conversation, we will prepare a proposal, contract, and invoice through Dubsado.

  5. No engagement is confirmed, and no session is scheduled, until a signed contract and required deposit are received.

Deposit terms: A 50% deposit is required to retain and reserve a date. The remaining 50% is due at least 14 days before the start of the engagement.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for a specific engagement are set out in the signed proposal/contract for that engagement. In the absence of specific contract terms:

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable once paid, regardless of when you cancel.

  • The remaining 50% balance is refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before the session date.

  • If ListenStill cancels or is unable to deliver a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund of everything paid, including the deposit.

6. Payment

Payment for organizational engagements is invoiced through Dubsado following a signed contract. Payment is processed by Stripe. ListenStill does not store your payment card details.

7. Intellectual Property

All ListenStill materials are the proprietary intellectual property of Doctor Maple LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Session content, facilitation structures, and room-design methodology

  • The Intelligence of Ensembles diagnostic framework, including its diagnostic lenses

  • Reflection materials, prompts, and handouts

  • Website copy, marketing materials, and the ListenStill brand, logo, and visual identity

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, perform, display, or create derivative works from any ListenStill material without prior written permission from Doctor Maple LLC.

Participants and organizations are welcome to apply what they experience in their own professional lives. This permission does not extend to reproducing or teaching ListenStill's methodology, frameworks, or materials in any commercial or professional capacity without a separate written agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Our commitment to you: Information you share during the inquiry, scoping conversation, or engagement — including organizational context, participant information, and any sensitive details you disclose — will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Your commitment to us: Participants and organizations agree not to publicly reproduce, teach, or commercially exploit ListenStill's proprietary methodology, frameworks, or materials without a separate written agreement.

9. Session Recording and Photography

Sessions may be recorded (audio/video) or photographed for marketing purposes. This occurs only with the prior written consent of the organization hosting the engagement.

10. Scope of Services

ListenStill provides facilitated group listening experiences for organizational, leadership, and team development purposes.

ListenStill is not:

  • A therapy, counseling, or mental health service

  • A medical or clinical intervention

  • A guarantee of any specific business, leadership, or team-performance outcome

If you or a participant is experiencing a mental health crisis or requires clinical support, please seek assistance from a qualified mental health professional. ListenStill is not equipped to provide that support.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Doctor Maple LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of this website or any ListenStill service shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Doctor Maple LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ListenStill services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ListenStill services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Doctor Maple LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content, service, or material provided.

13. External Links and Third-Party Services

This website contains links to or integrations with third-party services including Dubsado, Calendly, Zoom, Squarespace, Stripe, and Kit (ConvertKit). These are provided for your convenience.

Doctor Maple LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of any external service. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at hello@listenstill.co so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will respond within [TIMEFRAME].

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing litigation.

Any legal action arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, and brought exclusively in the courts of Kansas.

15. Modifications to These Terms

Doctor Maple LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes affecting an active engagement, we will notify affected parties by email before the changes take effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
